You can request deletion of your WiseFlow account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email contact@wiseflowapp.com with the subject “Delete My Account” and the email address associated with your WiseFlow account. We acknowledge requests within five business days and target completion within 30 days.

What is deleted

We delete or permanently de-identify your account profile, transactions, wallets, budgets, goals, financial records, Wisey chat history, push-notification tokens, device identifiers, and app preferences.

Retention exceptions

Security, fraud, and compliance records may be retained for up to 180 days. Encrypted backups may persist up to 90 days before automatic removal. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your WiseFlow account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first to avoid future charges.
