Financial information
Wisey responses and all other WiseFlow information are informational only. They may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. Do not make significant financial, legal, or tax decisions based only on WiseFlow. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials private and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions and billing
WiseFlow subscriptions are billed by Google Play on Android and by the Apple App Store on iPhone. The applicable store shows the current monthly or yearly price before you subscribe and charges your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You cancel through the Google Play subscription manager or your Apple ID subscription settings, whichever processed the purchase. Cancellation stops future charges and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by the policy of the store that processed the purchase.
Acceptable use
You may not use WiseFlow unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer or reproduce the app, process illegal financial activity, or automate access in ways we have not permitted.
Ownership, availability, and liability
WiseFlow, Wisey, and associated designs, code, and content are owned by WiseFlow. You retain ownership of financial data you enter and grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service. The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, WiseFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before a claim.
Law, changes, and termination
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, subject to mandatory consumer rights. We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy; for significant changes, we will provide notice at least 14 days before they take effect. We may suspend or close an account for a Terms violation, fraud, or harm to users or systems. You may delete your account at any time from inside the app in Settings, or by contacting support. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel that separately through Google Play or your Apple ID subscription settings.
