WiseFlow is a personal finance management application. It is not a bank, lender, payment processor, broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser.

Financial information

Wisey responses and all other WiseFlow information are informational only. They may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. Do not make significant financial, legal, or tax decisions based only on WiseFlow. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials private and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions and billing

WiseFlow subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Google Play shows the current monthly or yearly price before you subscribe. You can cancel through the Google Play subscription manager. Cancellation stops future charges and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by Google Play's policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use WiseFlow unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer or reproduce the app, process illegal financial activity, or automate access in ways we have not permitted.

Ownership, availability, and liability

WiseFlow, Wisey, and associated designs, code, and content are owned by WiseFlow. You retain ownership of financial data you enter and grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service. The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, WiseFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Law, changes, and termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, subject to mandatory consumer rights. We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy; for significant changes, we will provide notice at least 14 days before they take effect. We may suspend or close an account for a Terms violation, fraud, or harm to users or systems. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
